• Attested copy of the applicant's national identity card
• Attested copy of the applicant's birth certificate
• Attested copy of the applicant's father's national identity card
• Attested copy of the applicant's mother's national identity card

In case of tenant-

• Attested copy of the house rental agreement between the house owner and the applicant

In case of flat/house owner-

• Holding tax deposit receipt/copy of registration/copy of water/gas/electricity bill

In case of military/civilian/family members serving in armed forces-

• Attach a photocopy of Service ID Card.
• Attach a copy of House Allotment Order or Head of Office attestation.
