• Attested copy of Birth Registration/National Identity Card.
• Attested copy of Father's National Identity Card.
• Attested copy of mother's national identity card.

In case of tenant-

• Attested copy of the house rental agreement between the house owner and the applicant.

In case of flat/house owner-

• Withholding tax deposit receipt/copy of registration/copy of water/gas/electricity bill

In case of military/civilian/family members serving in armed forces-

• Attach photocopy of Service ID Card.
• Attach copy of House Allotment Order or Head of Office attestation.
